Game Volume too Loud/Mic Volume too Quiet

There's sliders on the bottom right quadrant of your streamlabs screen with your desktop audio and your mic audio. Simply move the desktop slider down until the loudest sounds barely hit the red and the normal sound is early-yellow (that's mostly preference, I like my game audio to be just bellow yellow in the green section).
For your microphone, right next to the slider, there's a cogwheel. Click on it, select filters, hit the plus sign and apply the gain filter.
You'll need to monitor audio live, or record yourself and check, or just eye it by how far the volume bars go for each, but you'll want to adjust the gain until your loudest tone is mid red and your quietest whisper is just below yellow.
Not directly related to your question, but people often recommend also adding noise supression filter, a noise gate and possibly a compressor. Make sure to set them up in the right order, it DOES matter.
