Does a diy router table count as a NTD?

Does a diy router table count as a NTD?

namforb

It does now. Looks good.

zedsmith

Heyyyy. I just dropped the same plate into my mobile bench. Lookin good.

slugbutter

This is really fucking clever

Mhutton25

Can’t take the credit on the table design, I found someone on YouTube who had built a similar one into a Ridgid table saw. I tweaked it a bit for my saw then built the fence to slide over my table saw fence.

Spark804

Thanks for posting the link I have a Ridgid tablesaw as well. I have had mine since they first came out, I think it’s been 18yrs+, great SAE, lots of power, has never let me down. I will post some pictures when I am done. Again thank you, cheers!

conined

Could you link the video?

This is cool as hell. Nice job.

mexican2554

Have you patent the design?

jfboston

Nice job. Want...

Anthony-cestone

Absolutely does looks great!!

No_not_that

Even more!

MoogleMan3

Hell yeah it does! I'm usually against building your own tools (table saw, bandsaw, etc.) because of the time investment, but a router table is the one tool that I think is an absolute must-build project for anyone serious about woodworking or carpentry.

himmelstrider

"Tool : a device or implement used to carry out a particular function" Yeah it's a tool allright.

Lotwdo

Hell yeah!!!

M635_Guy

110% Great job and congrats!

Camefr9gag_toxicfcks

Don't the knobs on the fence get in the way?

Mhutton25

They likely will with bigger pieces but I will swap them out, again, it’s just the sacrificial fence with the t track being on the actual fence.

larrybrownsports1

The cut for the bit in the fence shouldve been more mellow than that V cut

Mhutton25

That’s the sacrificial fence so I’ll switch it out later.
